Description
Indoor Cycling Drop-In Reservation Only Join us for a fun-filled indoor cycling class where participants ride for, with or against each other to meet group targets, win team battles and achieve personal bests. Please Note: Class Format- Fitness Fusion This 60 minute class fuses a high energy 30 minute cardio workout on the spin bike followed by a 25 minute weight training session. All levels are welcome. Our Indoor Cycling Equipment Features the ICG Connect System: Battle Stimulates peak performance through healthy competition Leaderboard Rewards the top riders in the class Athlete View Takes a closer look at the group's performance Team Points A single metric to achieve group goals Group Captures the riders' collective efforts Personal Encourages individual achievement Scenic Creates an immersive group journey Class Expectations Please arrive at least 10 minutes early if you are new to our facility. Check-in and payment must be completed at the front desk before class begins. EPRD Fitness passes and drop-in fees are available. CANCELLATIONS: Due to popularity and limited capacities, we ask that if you need to cancel a reservation, you do so within 24 hours of the start time through your ActiveNet account. This will release your spot(s) for others to enjoy. If cancellations not made at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for the spot. Reservations will hold your bike until 5 minutes past class start time. If you are not present at that time the reservation will be forfeit and the bike will be made available to other participants. If you are feeling unwell at all, please call us and do not attend class.
