Description
Classes are held: Tuesdays: 2:00-3:15pm & Thursdays: 7:00 -8:15pm.
This is a yoga class taught by Yoga Alliance-certified yoga instructor. This is a multi-level class that keeps it challenging for people who have been practicing for a while and at the same time for those just starting out (or returning after a break) to take it at their own pace. Following your yoga practice, the pose called savasana slows beta brain waves and relaxes your central nervous system. Equipment needed: Yoga mat, block and strap, small throw blanket.Fee: $8 per class Passes can only be used at the Sherwood Community Center Yoga classes and are non-refundable.If purchasing pass online, please stop at the front desk to get your pass. This pass is valid for six months after the purchase date. No refunds available.
