Adult Beginner swim lessons are for the adult that is starting to explore the water. We start with the basics and work our way to being familiar with the water and comfortable. You will learn water acclimation, floating, explore different levels of the water and much more. Lessons take place in Lap (Adams) Pool.
NO CLASSES THE WEEK OF MAY 26THPlease bring swim suit and towel. Lessons take place in Lap (Adams) Pool.
