Drop Ins welcome! $7 paid with cash/check to instructor at class.
No Class November 5th due to election.
Come join the fun! Get a great workout while dancing to a mixture of Latin & American rhythms. With energetic music and a variety of choreography, this group dance fitness class provides great cardio and toning exercise, but feels like a party!
Please wear comfortable clothing & shoes. Also bring a water bottle and towel (if needed).
