Ultimate Upper-Body 30-Day Challenge
You'll alternate exercises that work the front part of your upper body on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, you will work the major back muscles of your torso. Sunday you have the option to rest completely, repeat only your favorite moves, or test yourself by doing all of them and timing how long it takes to complete all of the exercises.
