TBF Boot Camp - Every Tuesday night at Folsom Lake College
Event details and schedule
TBF Boot Camp meets every Tuesday evening - rain or shine, at Folsom Lake College starting at 6:00 p.m. The location is at the west end of the track.
Bring your run shoes and run apparel, a full water bottle, any fuel needed and a yoga mat.
TBF Boot Camp workouts are coached from start to finish by TBF Coach Henry with personal attention given to each athlete. In addition to the personal challenge, workouts are structured to be fun and to foster a friendly team environment.
Class starts promptly at 6 p.m. at the west end of the track at Folsom Lake College.
