Description
Meeting the first Sunday of the month with Heather one of our Yoga instructors. This workshop will meet upstairs in the aerobic studio from 1:15-2:15pm. The rec center does have yoga mats but we always do welcome and encourage to bring your own. This classes goals is for you to leave having a better awareness of your body and the tools to bring more intentional alignment and engagement into your daily practice!
