Description
Pre-requisites: Proof of Standard First Aid with CPR-C MUST be shown on the first day of the course, participant must be 15 years of age and have completed the Bronze Cross.The National Lifeguard certification is designed to develop the fundamental values, judgment, knowledge, skills and fitness required by lifeguards. This course emphasizes the life guarding skills, principles and practices, and the decision-making processes which will assist the lifeguard to provide effective safety supervision in a swimming pool environment.
Note: Emergency First Aid and Occupational First Aid Level 1 are NOT equivalent to Standard First Aid CPR C.
IMPORTANT: Admittance to this course will be denied if prerequisites are not met and no refund will be given. Please arrive to class with your original (no photocopies) certification documentation and government issued photo ID.
