Description
The Fitness Swimmer program is for swimmers age 8 - 18 who want to improve their overall physical fitness in the water. This class provides a structured approach that is based on accepted training principles and practices, including interval training.
Participants must have the ability to swim 50m (two lengths of the lap pool) without stopping
