This is a one-day program that consists of:
Vision Screening – for anyone who is renewing a Driver’s License within 90 days of the date of the program. After passing the screening, you are given a certificate that will enable you to bypass the vision screening when you renew your license.
Mobile Drivers Facility – a person can obtain a Real ID, a new or renew the Illinois Identification Card, renew a Driver’s License (must be under 75 years old, no road test given), and register to vote. No written test will be given. All services will need to have an appointment. Please call our office at 815-469-9400 during business hours to make appointment.
Vision Screening – Free
There will be a charge for the licenses and ID Cards

Acceptable forms of payment for standard state service fees included personal checks, cashier's checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards and debit cards. No cash
NOTE: To apply for or renew a Driver’s License, you must provide acceptable identification to verify your name, date of birth, Illinois residence, social security number and signature. To apply for an Illinois Identification Card, you must present a birth certificate, social security card and proof of address.
