This class is well suited for beginner chefs as well as being a great skill enhancer for the more seasoned cook. We will explore the anatomy of the knife as well as learn safety tips and techniques for proper slicing, dicing, and chopping.


Join us for these exciting classes where you will learn new recipes, cooking techniques, and kitchen tips and tricks while exploring and creating delicious, nutritious meals to share with friends and family.
