This is a tentative activity. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official.
Total body workout with a mix of cardio, body weight exercises and weights for all skill levels! Get ready to sweat and have fun! We’ll do 3 strength blocks and 3 cardio blocks.Participants can bring a yoga mat and water bottle. It's not just a workout, come for the community! We'll have a healthy living private group to share recipes and motivation. The last part of class we’ll discuss the book “Fit God’s Way” by Kim Dolan Leto to help us fuel our body, mind & spirit.Class does not meet on 1/20 and 2/17.
