Description
Vendors for Paw-O-Ween: A Halloween Party for the Pups - on Wednesday, October 30th, 2024 from 4:30 - 7:00pm. This event usually has 350 - 450 attendees.Vendors must be dog-focused organizations or businesses, except for food vendors. Vendors are able to pass hand out information, collect donations, or sell merchandise. All vendors will have to pass out a dog-friendly giveaway.
We are not accepting breeders as vendors at this time.
A limited number of vendors will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
We are looking for (1) savory, full-service food truck and (1) sweet or specialty-focused food truck.
Vendor Fees:
- Dog Non-Profit Vendors: $0.00
- Other Non-Profit Vendors: $10.00
- For-Profit Vendors: $20.00
- Food Vendors: $50.00
All vendors must inquire through FCPR's online registration system. Once an inquiry has been completed, the vendor will be sent a Vendor Application to complete. The Application and Payment must be returned to be accepted as a vendor. Inquiries are due by 4:00pm on Sunday, October 6th, 2024.
