Cardio Fusion is a HIIT style class that provides a well rounded workout combining both aerobic and strength training. Offering a variety of intensities and modifications, Cardio Fusion is open to all fitness levels. If you’re looking for a full body workout that will keep you moving, come join us! Be ready to have some fun while burning calories! What to Bring: comfortable clothes, and a bottle of water. Our highly qualified/certified instructor is excited to meet everyone and will ensure an educational, safe, and FUN experience! This FCPR Fitness class will be held at Centerville Recreation Center. Centerville Recreation Center is located at 3601 Carriage Hill Drive, Frederick, MD, 21704 (inside of Centerville Elementary School). Parking & Entrance is to the back of the school, look for our FCPR signs. Staff onsite will direct you to our activity room.
