Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. Join this program to achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, heart-racing, muscle-pumping, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! What to Bring: comfortable clothes, and a bottle of water. Our highly qualified/certified instructor is excited to meet everyone and will ensure an educational, safe, and FUN experience! This FCPR Fitness class will be held at Scott Key Center. Scott Key Center is located at 1050 Rocky Springs Rd, Frederick, MD 21702 Parking is available at the front of the building, at the front island of the parking lot. Look for our FCPR signs to enter the facility at the front of the building. Staff onsite will direct you to our activity room.
