Staff advisor: Rachna Sharma Email: rachna.sharma@basisindependent.com Student Advisor: Allyson Dates: Friday with the first meeting on 9/6 and the last meeting on 1/31 Time: 4:00 PM–5:00 PM Grades: 9–12 Cost: $185 Description: The USA Biology Olympiad is one of the most recognized and prestigious national STEM competitions in the US. BIF offers rigorous advanced/AP Biology courses ahead of most other high schools, which means that our BIF USABO club members will have a good chance to do well in USABO. The BIF USABO Club provides a positive environment for members to motivate and support each other to learn and compete in USABO. Students will be able to work together to study and have fun while doing it. Our club aims to not only prepare passionate students for this prestigious competition in a fun way, but to interest them in the field of biology for future careers or pathways as well.
