About this event
Description
Learn how to complete movements safely and effectively. Participants will focus on maintaining and building strength while completing everyday activities. This program is one of a two-part series designed to help older adults increase their mobility, prevent falls, and help participants better manage the Activities of Daily (ADL) to stay safe and independent. Movements can be modified to match an individual’s own abilities. Chairs will be available. Participants must register in advance.
