Ages 18+
This class is the perfect, well-rounded workout using light hand weights and resistance bands to help build lean muscle. Tone and Sculpt is perfect for beginners who are looking for a low impact class where all exercises will be performed standing or lying down on a mat.
Participants should bring their own exercise mat.
