Description
Flex & Stretch. Increase your flexibility, improve posture, and find your balance with functional fitness. This program is one of a two-part series designed to help older adults increase their mobility, prevent falls, and help participants better manage the Activities of Daily (ADL) to stay safe and independent. Movements will be modified to match an individual’s own abilities. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat if they feel comfortable doing floor exercise. Chairs will be available. Participants must register in advance.
