Join this night-time Slow Flow Yoga where you will leave feeling relaxed and restored to continue your week! Participants can expect to begin with centering and breath awareness, and then progress through dynamic stretching and sun salutations all while exploring deeper variations with mindfulness.
Please bring a yoga mat.
