Three IN-PERSON Sessions June 3, 10, 17 This course will focus on interactive experiences that demonstrate psychological concepts. Each class session will include a brief summary of key ideas of psychology followed by an active demonstration. The experiences may include: simulated perceptual distortion from alcohol intoxication, virtual reality and exposure therapy, the experiences of flavor, and other key ideas with accompanying experiences. (There will be no actual flying or a cuckoo’s nest!) Perry Daughtry earned a PhD in industrial-organizational (I/O) psychology and has been teaching at Brenau since 2005. He has a broad knowledge of psychology as well as experience working with technology both simple and advanced to demonstrate psychological ideas.
