Description
SOULfusion, formerly known as PiYo, is all your favorite workouts wrapped into ONE - a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and strength training exercises set to lively music. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment. SOULfusion improves strength, balance and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement and motivation. The class consists of twisting, which may not be a good choice for those with specific ACL and MCL (or lateral) knee issues.
Please bring a yoga mat.
