Description
Experience the one of a kind "art you can eat" grazing board. Each student will learn how to make unique fruit, vegetable and cheese creations perfect for spring entertaining. Class will include learning how to turn an ordinary buffet display into a fun and interesting display.
Alisa Lin, who goes by O, is a self-taught artist, who loves to make pretty food. Originally from Thailand, she has lived in the U.S. since 1994. Although she works full-time as a paralegal for an immigration law firm, she has always loved to cook and entertain. She is a self-taught artist, who loves to make pretty food. Her catering company, The Box Theory, is the 2024 Sass magazine Choice Awards for Best Caterer.
This is an in-person hands-on class. Participants will work with the chef instructor in our kitchen to prepare a beautiful array of fruit and vegetable art that they can take home to entertain family and friends.
For your safety, we ask all students wear close toed, no slip shoes to this class
No refunds will be granted for Let’s Cook@Casey programs. A one-time registration transfer is available to a Let’s Cook@Casey class of equal value if the exchange request is submitted in writing to LetsCook@gaithersburgmd.gov no less than 48 hours before the scheduled program time.
