Description
Squash is a popular racquet sport that provides one of the best cardio workouts around. In 2022, a survey conducted by Squash BC found that less than one third of squash players in BC identify as female. Join Coach Murray in this small group, 3-lesson squash program for anyone who identifies as female. Get an introduction to the sport, learn techniques, and find others to play with. Sign up with a friend or come alone and make new friends!
Active wear and clean, non-marking shoes are the only thing required for this fast-paced, exciting program! Racquets and all other equipment is provided.
