Description
Please Note: This class will meet three times: Nov. 2, 16, and Dec. 7 (all are Saturdays), from 10-11 a.m.The Six Healings Sounds are a set of qi-gong exercises that coordinate breathing with movement and sound to calm mind and body. These movements can be done standing or sitting and require no previous experience. We will begin with belly-breathing, then connect that breathing to a set of simple movements and vocalizations.
