Description
Join Girdwood Fungus Fair veteran dye enthusiast Teresa Paquet in an exploration of color using pigments derived from mushrooms and other fungus, some of which are found locally. Learn which mushrooms give color and how to make it happen.Participants will take home two dyed silk scarfs and small gift bag, just in time for the holidays! Dress appropriately for working inside and outside with the dye pots. Bring an apron or clothing you don't mind getting splashed with dye.
Workshop will be held in the Girdwood School Art Room
