Description
Let’s make JAM and DIP!The strawberries, rhubarb and local berries that we harvested in August are ready to become a tasty jam!
We will learn the basics of making and canning jam. Our goal is to make a big batch that we can sell at the holiday bazaar to showcase the bounty of our school garden! Participants will take a jar home for their family. Students will also help Mrs. Davidson create veggie dip blends from our dehydrated greens harvested this fall which will also be for sale at the holiday bazaar.
