Description
FERMENTED FOODS ARE FUN
Not sure how or why to add fermented foods to your diet? this class is for you! participants will be able to taste a variety of fermented foods including kombucha, sauerkraut and kimchi. We will also discuss the health benefi ts of fermented foods and how to make delicious, healthy condiments and snacks. participants will take home a packet of recipes, a jar of sauerkraut and a jar of lacto-fermented pickled vegetables.
(Please bring a quart and pint size jar or tupperware)
