Description
We’ve explored the best bakeries in Milwaukee and Downtown Chicago over the last two holiday seasons and this year’s annual bakery bus trip has us checking out the best of the best on the North Shore. Beginning in Lake Forest and ending in Evanston, we will visit 4-5 bakeries and shops on this popular holiday trip. At each of the stops you’ll receive treats, samples, and shopping time so bring a bag to collect your holiday goodies! Our step on guide will fully narrate our tour and share history of Christmas traditions from a variety of cultural groups such as the Greek, Polish, German, Italian, Irish, and Chinese. You’ll also enjoy a generously portioned, sit-down lunch. This trip will involve getting on and off the bus multiple times and standing at the bakery locations. Fee includes transportation, step on guide, guide gratuity, samples, and lunch. Registration deadline is November 19.
