Description
Experience the healing and rejuvenating practice of forest bathing during a serene walk led by certified nature and forest therapy guide, Retta Hennessy. As summer transitions to fall, you'll have the opportunity to reconnect with nature and engage your senses through gentle invitations and mindfulness exercises. The walk concludes with a tea ceremony featuring locally foraged herbs, leaving participants feeling refreshed and revitalized.
