The ancient practice of yoga meets the exhilarating experience of aerial arts. Take traditional yoga poses from the mat in the air using aerial hammocks. Discover a new dimension of yoga to find balance, flexibility, and a sense of weightlessness. *Family class is for ages 5 and older.
