Description
A complete workout using your own body weight and resistance targeting legs and upper body and combining them with a variety of movements.
Intensity: Moderate/Vigorous
This 11 week block of Monday ONLY classes will take place at the Livingston Activity Centre in the auditorium. No class May 20.
