Description
You'll enjoy this light, non-impact movement to gently energize your whole body with Trisha, our highly experienced fitness/wellness instructor. Focus on improving your balance and participate in a stretching and relaxation component. Balancing aides provided. No floor or mat work in this 35 minute class.
This session includes 11 classes and will be held at the Livingston Activity Centre.
