Description
Join Teresa, our highly experienced instructor for a dynamic blend of the two disciplines with flowing whold body movements that will offer a complete challenge for the mind/body and total relaxation. We have large mats and many props. The class progresses from beginner to advanced movements.
Pilates is held at the Livingston Activity Centre. Session 1 includes 6 classes.
