Description
The NRG Zone fitness space is located in Studio 3202 on the 3rd floor of GGAC. NRG Members can enjoy this reduced sensory room during scheduled drop-in times. This small-scale studio offers a range of equipment; selectorized machines, squat rack, bench press, dumbbells, step mill, virtual bike and much more. NO Registration Required - NRG Members just show up during scheduled times.The NRG Fitness Membership is a prerequisite. Go to gryphons.ca>Memberships for details.
