Zumba exercise provides the opportunity to boost the immune system, slow the aging process, reduce anxiety and depression, lower high blood pressure, relieve stress, enhance the bodies healing process, increase breathing capacity, improve balance and coordination, increase flexibility and promote circulation.DAYS: Tuesdays and ThursdaysTIME: 5:30 PM - 6:30PM .LOCATION: P.A.T.Y.
