Description
Cardio drumming is a fun, full-body workout incorporating drumming, music, rhythm, and movement. The hour-long session will include a warm-up, workout, and cool-down. Cardio drumming includes squatting, jumping and core work, but will leave you smiling, sweating, and feeling great. It's one of the most fun workouts you'll ever do! And the best part? All ability levels are welcome, as routines can be easily modified to suit your needs.Students in 6th grade and up are welcome when registering/attending with an adult participant.
Each participant must bring their own drumsticks, a large Yoga/Exercise Ball, and a 5-gallon bucket. Drumsticks can be purchased from the instructor for $2 a pair at class.
