This class is designed for the adult beginner swimmer. They will be taught the basic swimming techniques of floating and kicking on their stomachs and backs, rhythmic breathing, basic mobility and the beginnings of freestyle and backstroke.Esta clase está diseñada para el nadador adulto principiante. Se les enseñarán las técnicas básicas de natación de flotación y patadas sobre el estómago y la espalda, respiración rítmica, movilidad básica y los inicios del estilo libre y la espalda.
