Instructor: Brooke Hammond Supply Fee $50 to the instructor Join us for a 4-week immersive and creative journey into the art of sculpting personalized portrait busts! This hands-on class invites participants to experiment with various materials, including air-dry clay, wire, tinfoil, and more, to bring their unique visions to life. You’ll begin by crafting a sturdy base for your sculpture, an essential first step in ensuring stability and a strong foundation for your work. As the class progresses, you’ll explore techniques for blending materials to enhance both structure and detail, resulting in a seamless and polished final piece. The heart of this experience is the creation of your own personalized portrait bust. Whether you wish to sculpt the likeness of a loved one, a pet, a historical figure, or even yourself, this class provides the tools and guidance to transform your ideas into tangible art. Each participant will complete and take home a finished bust by the end of the session.
