Feeling unsure about starting with watercolors? This beginner-friendly to intermediate class is a warm and supportive space where you’ll learn foundational techniques to paint beautiful skies. Join a like-minded community and enjoy creating art that makes you feel proud and accomplished. What You’ll Learn Each Week: -Understand basic watercolor techniques, including washes and blending. -Learn how to mix primary and secondary colors for vibrant effects. -Explore warm and cool gradients to create atmospheric skies. -Add soft clouds and depth with perspective techniques. What to Bring: Bring watercolor brushes (#6 round and #2 round), watercolor paper (140#), Winsor & Newton Cotman watercolors (10 tubes), a water container, pencils, and a kneaded eraser, Don’t have supplies? A $40 kit is available for purchase.
