Instructor: Megan Gill Join us in October for a beginner-friendly workshop focused on the vibrant colors of autumn. This 4-week class will help you master composition and create beautiful bouquets using watercolor techniques. Whether you’re new to watercolor or looking to refine your skills, this class is designed for you. What you'll learn: Composition and Bouquets: Focus on putting together multiple flowers to create stunning autumn bouquets. Water Management: Learn essential techniques for managing water and blending colors. Seasonal Inspiration: Create fall-themed projects like a sunflower bouquet or a bouquet inside a pumpkin. Class Projects: Week 1: Start with single flowers to understand basic techniques and color mixing. Week 2: Build on your skills by learning how to combine multiple autumn flowers into a bouquet. Week 3: Start your final project with sketching and first layers of colors. Week 4: Bring everything together for the final project—a beautiful fall bouquet that reflects your personal style and creativity. What to Bring: You'll need a watercolor palette, brushes (#2 and #6), a 140# watercolor sketch pad 9x12 or smaller, water container, paper towels, travel-size spray bottle or water dropper, kneaded eraser, pencil, and a dry-erase board. You can pay a $40 supply fee or bring your own from the supply list.
