Description
Transportation: The Community House will transport children to/from Madison, The Lane, Elm, Oak, and Monroe schools. Families attending Prospect, Walker are able to register but transportation WILL NOT be provided by The Community House. K.E.A.P. stands for Kindergarten Enrichment Achievement Program. It is an extension to the D181 Half Day Kindergarten Program. It will be held at The Community House. Transportation is provided by The Community House. There is a morning program from 8:00 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. and an afternoon program from 11:10 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. There will be an extended care program from 3:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. For more information look under After the Bell! This is not a certified Kindergarten School it is an Enrichment Program that complements the D181 school day. Our Program will be structured. Our daily schedule is listed below. Daily Schedule: PM Program 11:10-11:25 Check In 11:25-12:00 Lunch 12:00-12:40 Active Play 12:40-1:00 Circle Time (Calendar, Weather, Themed Song) 1:00-1:30 Themed Story Book/Art Activity to go with themed book 1:30-2:15 Outdoor or Indoor Structured Active Play 2:15-3:00 Enrichment Activity (Science, Art, Nature, Cooking) 3:00-3:15 Individual Play/Check Out THE COMMUNITY HOUSE WILL BE FOLLOWING THE IDPH. Location: The Community House **This program is only for Kindergarten Students Registration cut off is 12:00 pm the day prior.
