Description
A gentle moving, light-paced yoga class that settles into the enjoyment of connecting the breath to the body. All levels welcomed and encouraged to join.
FREE, but you MUST REGISTER!
Instructor: Abigail Merritt, B.A. Psychology, Minors Human Development and Family Services, Health & Wellness, 200-RYT license with certification in Reiki.
