The team of certified trainers from ETS Performance is partnered with Holland Christian this summer and upcoming school year to provide unmatched speed, strength, power, deceleration and movement mastery for serious athletes who are 100% committed to fully maximizing both their genetic physical and psychological potential. This program is designed for all athletes, at any ability level, from every sport, and customized to fit their needs. Be ready Holland Christian Athletes - summer training will set you and your team up for your best year yet. Let's Go! *This session is limited to the first 40 registrants, but additional added with demand. *The 60 minute sessions are age appropriately geared to the middle school athlete. *Evening session registration available directly through and located at ETS Holland. *No sessions July 1 & 3 during MHSAA dead week. *There are no fees for training during the upcoming school year. *https://www.etsperformance.com/
