It is a one hour training session where we train for their upcoming season by doing stick skills in between running sets. This is challenging and meant to be so; this is not for beginners. Depending on what type of shape your child is in, we adjust the running for them. Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays: 12:00pm-1:00pm Limited to 40 players per session. $30 per week / $100 for the whole summer FREE FOR ANNUAL TEAM PLAYERS (no registration needed) NO SESSIONS FROM JUNE 30th-JULY 6TH
