Description
Nutrition coaching will provide unlimited text messaging support from a nutrition coach, one week check in for 30 mins in person, or virtual option with personalized nutrition resources for each participant. Our Nutrition Coaching Program is estimated to take 3 months to complete to produce life long behavior changes but can very on individual goals. This is a reoccurring monthly membership that will automatically be charged monthly on the day of purchase. There is no long term contract, however, all cancelations must be made a minimum of 5 business days prior to the billing date.
