Description
Food is a big part of many holiday traditions and celebrations, and often brings people together. And that's the way it should be! But often during the holiday season, we are less mindful about the health habits that keep us energized and at our best. Join us this month as we share our favorite holiday recipes and some healthful ways to celebrate this holiday season.Presented by the Marion County Health Department as part of the Dip-In initiative.
Please check in at the front desk upon arrival for room location. Registration is also open for the next program. The next session will take place on December 12th from 11am-12pm and the topic will be SOUPER Soups.
