Join Cathedral High School Cross Country runners and learn the foundational components of distance training including aerobic conditioning, activation, and the energy systems at play in cross country racing. This camp will include a hands-on approach, modeling proper ways to prepare, train, and stretch, as well as provide insight into recovery and strength training. Space is limited to 20 participants, so be sure to sign up soon!
