Why not take a swing at summer tennis lessons?! Prerequisite: Willingness to learn and have fun! This program will adapt to each age group and provide a great set of tennis fundamentals taught through a variety of games, relays, and drills. Fee includes a t-shirt.
New this year: Two different sessions based on skill. Lessons will be taught by Simpson College’s Men’s Tennis coach and players.
Beginner (June): individuals that have never played tennis and want to learn techniques and rules.
Advanced (July): players that have been in the program in the past and want to learn advanced techniques and strategies on how to play competitively.
Dates:July 8, 9, 10 & July 15, 16, 17 (Thursdays reserved for weather makeups)
Times:6-8 Yr Olds: 5:30pm-6:20pm9-10 Yr Olds: 6:30pm-7:20pm11-14 Yr Olds: 7:30pm-8:20pm
Equipment needed: Please bring your own racket if you have one. If you do not have your own racket, we do have a limited supply available for your use.
