To register for this program, please email outdoorfun@drd.us.com. Each registration will be for one tent that can sleep up to 4 adults.Thanks to funding from the State of California, we are able to offer this fun FREE two night program to our residents. This retreat offers kayaking, camping, meditation, journaling, and more. All meals, kayak equipment, and camping gear provided. Limited Transportation available on a first-come, first-served basis.
This program will also include a meeting prior to the trip to learn about the wellness component. You will take an online happiness test at the beginning and end of the program to see if you were able to implement what was learned and improve your overall well-being. This program funded by the Outdoor Equity Grants Program, created through AB 209 and administered by California State Parks, Office of Grants and Local Services.
